When you book an appointment, Koalendar may collect personal information such as:

• IP address and basic browser/device information

This information is used solely to schedule and manage appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and communicate regarding your appointment.

Appointments automatically generate a video meeting link through Google using Google Meet. Your name and email address may be shared with Google for the purpose of generating and managing the meeting link. Google processes this information according to its own privacy policies.

We do not sell or rent booking or contact information.

Matomo Analytics (Self-Hosted)

We use Matomo to understand how visitors use our Site. We collect:
• Anonymized IP address (last part removed)
• Browser type, device, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent on site, and referral source
• First-party cookies: _pk_ses* (expires after 30 minutes) and _pk_id* (expires after 13 months)
This data helps us improve the Site. No cross-site tracking occurs.

LiteSpeed Cache Plugin
